Return / Refund Policy
Refund Applicable only for Order Cancelations - Due to Non Delivery of Products due to our error's/mistakes or Cancelled due to non availability of Ordered Products
to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and Unbreaked Seal on Box (If Applicable) Please Note: Used / Seal Opened Products Only Eligible for Exchange, Not Refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned only can be Exchanged, Products:
Seal Opened Products, Used Products, Products with Manufacturing Defects, Passive Parts such as Connectors, Remote Controls, Adaptors, Wires, Screws etc. cannot be returned only Exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

4. Hard Disk of Brands (WD) and (SEAGATE)
5. Accessories Such as: Wires - Connectors - SMPS Power Supplies - Power Adapters - Wire Connectors - Remote Controls - All Items in Burn or Physically Damage Conditions - Used or Tested Items
There are certain situations where only exchange or store credits are granted (if applicable)
Any Items / Products that has been opened/Used or Tested
Any item / Product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned in its original sealed packing (Not even Opened) more than 10 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund approved, We immediately give you same amount as Store Credit in your Security System Store Account (You Can Use Store Credit to Order any Products from Our Store). if you request for Amount Credit then your refund Amount will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days - Minimum 14 Working Days - Maximum Upto 56 Days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or Items With SALE Tag cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.1500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
